Product Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For custom apparel and made-to-order products, returns are accepted only if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on personalized, custom, or used items unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Refunds & Exchanges: Eligible returns can be exchanged or refunded to your original payment method. Store credit is also available upon request.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at contact@silkandsoul.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide detailed instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.

Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
