We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return guidelines below:

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our support team before sending an item back.

  • Product Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For custom apparel and made-to-order products, returns are accepted only if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on personalized, custom, or used items unless they arrive defective or damaged.

  • Refunds & Exchanges: Eligible returns can be exchanged or refunded to your original payment method. Store credit is also available upon request.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at contact@silkandsoul.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide detailed instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.

  • Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Processing Time: Refunds and exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item.
